BrightKoda, a brand of Swing Cap LLC, sends text messages only to people who ask for them. This page explains the one texting program BrightKoda runs in its own name, how you agree to receive those messages, how to stop them, and where to find the texting terms of the home care companies that use Koda software.

What we send

Koda software (KodaConnect, KodaOnboard, SkillBridge, KodaOps, KodaOnCall, KodaComply, KodaNursing, KodaCRM and KodaPrivateVA) is used by home care companies and their office staff, caregivers, clients and family members. When one of these users signs in and chooses to get a code by text, we send a one-time sign-in code to the mobile number on their account. These messages contain only the code and a reminder not to share it. They are never marketing.

How you agree to receive them

  1. You give your mobile number to the home care company you work with or receive care from, when it sets up your account, or you enter it yourself on the sign-in screen.
  2. On the sign-in screen you choose to receive a code by text. The screen shows this notice beside the button:

A code is sent only when you ask for one. Nobody else can sign you up, and we never send a code you did not request.

BrightKoda: your KodaConnect sign-in code is 482913. It works once and expires shortly. Never share this code. Reply STOP to opt out.
BrightKoda: 731406 is your sign-in code. If you did not ask for it, ignore this message. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Texts from home care companies that use Koda software

BrightKoda is a software provider. Home care companies that use Koda software send text messages to their own clients, caregivers and applicants under their own registered texting programs and in their own names. BrightKoda sends those messages on their behalf and does not use the numbers or the consent for any other purpose.

If you receive a text from one of these companies, for example a shift reminder, a training link, an on-call reply or an application update, it was sent under that company's program. That company's own privacy policy and SMS terms apply, and you agreed to those messages by ticking the texting box on a form on that company's own website. To stop, reply STOP to the message. To ask a question, reply HELP or contact the company.

How to opt outReply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no more messages will be sent. We also accept STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third party.
